Thousands of pages. Every one of them worth ranking.

I help companies build programmatic SEO: large sets of pages generated from data, each one useful enough to rank in Google and get cited by AI search.

I'm Cristian, a NYC-based SEO consultant. I've built programmatic SEO for Airalo, and at Softonic I worked across more than 2 million listings in 17 languages.

Most programmatic SEO is a spreadsheet with a template on top

The idea is simple. You have data: destinations, products, integrations, locations, comparisons. Your buyers search for every one of them. So you build a page for each.

The trouble starts when the pages go live.

Five thousand pages that say the same thing with a different city name swapped in. Google indexes a few hundred and quietly ignores the rest. Some of them cannibalize each other. A core update arrives and the whole section drops overnight.

What separates programmatic SEO that compounds from programmatic SEO that collapses is simple to say and hard to do: every page has to be genuinely useful on its own.

What I've built

Airalo: programmatic SEO for a global eSIM brand

Travelers search for an eSIM for one specific place: "eSIM for Japan," "best eSIM for Europe." Airalo needed a page that answered each of those searches better than anyone else, across [ADD: number of destinations] destinations.

[ADD: what you built and the result, e.g. pages launched, organic growth, revenue or sign-ups.]

Softonic: 2M+ listings in 17 languages

At Softonic, I led a content team covering more than 2 million software listings in 17 languages, and grew traffic 1,100% year over year through AI and workflow automation, while keeping the pages good enough to rank.

StubHub: one platform, many markets

At StubHub, I ran SEO for nine Latin American markets, delivering +15% organic growth year over year. My platform-level tests and technical recommendations also affected growth across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.

I've tied search to revenue.

At Compado I owned SEO for 100+ domains generating $2M+ a year in organic revenue. I built CompraMejor.es from 0 to €400K in 18 months from organic traffic alone, and turned two Softonic editorial sites from loss-making to €480K+ a year.

How I build programmatic SEO that lasts

01

Find the pattern worth building

Which searches repeat at scale, with real demand behind them and a real business reason to win them. Not every template is worth 10,000 pages.

02

Make every page earn its place

Unique data, useful details, and content that answers the specific question behind each search. If a page has nothing to say, it doesn't get built.

03

Architecture that search engines can handle

Internal linking, crawl paths, indexing rules and canonical tags, so Google finds the pages that matter and ignores the ones that don't.

04

Launch in stages, measure, then scale

Ship a test batch, see what ranks and converts, fix the template, then roll out. It's slower for a few weeks and much faster over a year.

05

Built for AI search too

Clean, specific, structured pages are exactly what ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews like to quote. Done right, programmatic pages can win in both places.

Is this a fit?

Programmatic SEO works best for companies with structured data and many similar searches, such as:

Based in Brooklyn

I'm based in Brooklyn and work with companies across New York, in your time zone and, when it helps, in person.

Here's how to start

Send me your site and one line on the pages you want to build at scale, or the ones you've already built that aren't performing.

Within two business days, I'll reply with my honest take on whether programmatic SEO makes sense for you, and what I'd test first.

I only take on a few clients at a time, because I also lead SEO and AI search in-house at Cockroach Labs. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.
