These terms govern your use of cristianguasch.com (the “site”), run by Cristian Gonzalez Guasch (“I” or “me”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the site is
The site describes my AI search and SEO consulting services and publishes articles about SEO and AI search. It is for general information. Using the site, reading it or emailing me does not create a consulting or client relationship.
Working with me
Paid consulting work happens only under a separate written agreement or statement of work, which sets out the scope, fees, timing and responsibilities. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
The free AI visibility check
If I offer or send you a free AI visibility check, it's based on publicly available information and the details you give me, and reflects what I could observe at one point in time. AI tools and search engines change, and their answers vary between runs, users and locations. The check is provided for information only, “as is”, with no promise of any result, and without obligation on either side.
No guarantees
I don't guarantee rankings, traffic, mentions or recommendations in Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or any other search or AI product. Results depend on many factors outside my control, including decisions by those platforms. Examples and results on this site describe past work in specific situations and aren't a promise of similar outcomes for you. See the disclaimer.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, images, design and other content on this site belong to me or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may quote short extracts with credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish, sell or build on the content beyond that without my written permission.
Names such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google, Cockroach Labs and other company, product and service names are trademarks of their owners. I'm not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless I say so, and their use here is only to describe the services and topics I work on.

Any dispute about the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County or Kings County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

I may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
