What this policy covers
It explains what personal information I collect when you visit this site or contact me, why I collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to cristianguasch.com only, not to other sites I link to.
What I collect
Information you send me. If you email me, I receive your email address, your name if you include it, your company, your website address and whatever else you write. If you request the free AI visibility check, I use the website and questions you send me to prepare it.
Technical data. When you load a page, my hosting provider's servers may automatically record standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. I use this only to run and secure the site.
What this site doesn't do. As of the date above, this site doesn't set cookies, run analytics, load advertising or tracking scripts, or contain forms that collect data. Your email is only collected if you choose to send me one. If that changes, I'll update this policy before the change goes live.
How I use your information

- To prepare and send the free AI visibility check you asked for.
- To work with you if you become a client.
- To keep the site working and secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
I don't use your information to send marketing emails you didn't ask for. I won't add you to a newsletter without asking first.

Who I share it with
I don't sell your personal information, and I don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
I use service providers to run the site and my email, such as a hosting provider and an email provider. They process information on my behalf and only as needed to provide their services. I may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights or the safety of others.
How long I keep it
I keep emails and project records for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up, and longer where the law requires me to keep financial or contract records. Ask me to delete your information at any time and I will, unless I'm legally required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask me to tell you what personal information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how I use it, or give you a copy of it. California and some other US states give residents similar rights. I won't discriminate against you for using them.
To use any of these rights, email me at the address above. I'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EEA or UK and unhappy with my response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect the information I hold, but no website or email service is completely secure. Please don't send passwords, financial account numbers or other sensitive information by email. I'll ask you for access to analytics or search tools through the platform's own sharing features if needed.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. I don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent me information, tell me and I'll delete it.
Where information is processed
I'm based in the United States, so information you send me is processed there and by my service providers, which may be located elsewhere. If you contact me from outside the US, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

This site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and companies I've worked with. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and I'm not responsible for them.

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be noted on this page.
